Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong item received — If you received an item different from what you ordered
- Defective or damaged item — If your item arrived damaged or is defective
- Shade or variant swap — If you would like to exchange for a different shade or variant of the same product (subject to availability)
To request an exchange, please contact us at csnmj3919@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and the reason for exchange. We will provide instructions within 2 business days.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original condition.
